Main Duties & Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY:

Receive all incoming product from vendors within Syteline. Generate all daily and monthly report out documents and distribute. Daily filing of documents. Daily processing of consumables within Syteline.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Competencies:

Assists the Logistics Manager in daily reporting and data analysis.

Provides and assists with daily, and monthly reporting of key metrics.

Compiles weekly consumables inventory for evaluation against demand.

Performs various administrative tasks within department, including filing, faxing, photocopying, etc.

Performs data entry.



OTHER COMPETENCIES:

Language Skills:



Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations .



Mathematical Skills:



Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.





Reasoning Abilities:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Other Qualifications:

Ability to work extended hours as needed to ensure customer and company requirements are met on a timely basis. This could include work schedule requirements in excess of eight (8) hours per day and occasional Saturdays .

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point.

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). ( A minimum of one (1) year similar experience or training in a sales office environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. )



Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.

Work Environment:

The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
